Success...

Being able to write a 100 post here is an achievement...
Having a 100 stories to share with you little stars...
It has been an honour to share things with you people...

Success... Success is something I really want to tell some of the people out there...
They just do not understand this word is it???
Wake up...
I thought I was able to write something nice when I got to the 100th post...
But here I am... after a long time of thinking...
I decided to have this as the 100th post...
Here goes...

To let you all know...
There are somethings success is not...
It's not fame.It's not money or power...
And it is definitely not about you...
It is about the people you are working with...
Being a leader is not a success but to work with your people properly...
That is what I call success...
Being a leader isn't just about how good you instruct people to do stuffs...
It isn't the way you speak...
And also for sure...
Definitely not about people having to follow whatever decision you make...
You are not a leader when there's is no follower following behind you...

Success is waking up in the morning...
So excited about what you have to do...
That you literally fly out the door...
It's getting to work with people you love...
Success is connecting with the world and making people feel...
It's finding a way to bind together people...
Who have nothing in common but a dream...
A dream to be successful together...
Being there as a leader may feel great...
Great when you think you have everyone under you...
But do you feel great when the people are just ignoring you at times...
We are human beings...
Humans that do not like to be instructed to do something...
And then being judged again if you only know how to talk but not accomplishing anything...
If you walk the talk... Everyone will try and respect you....

I may not be a good leader...
But there are people that really knows how to lead...
People who really speaks out well and does job with the committee...
That is why the dreams of being successful is not an individual thing...
It is a dream for everyone to enjoy and experience... And then...
It's falling asleep at night knowing you did the best job you could...
Success is joy and freedom and friendship...
And success is love...
Love that brings the friendship bonding to a whole new level...
Where everyone will recognize you as...
A good friend and a good partner...

This is what success is all about to me...
